501(c)(3) Non-profit, Donor-funded Mental Health Clinic offering
Low-Cost & Medicaid Therapy, Assessment & Community Education
Our sliding scale is available to all clients without a Medicaid policy. It is our biggest priority to offer mental health services that are accessible and as barrier-free as possible to those we serve. You will be able to talk directly with your clinician about our fee structure. We do not require any verification of household size or income in the process of setting your fee.
We are currently in-network with Colorado State Medicaid (all regions of coverage across Colorado), United, UMR, and Aetna.
Please check back often as we are always working to expand our in-network coverage.
We are happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
It is the responsibility of the client to determine their out-of-network benefits.
At Ardent Grove, we are committed to transparency and empowering you in your mental health journey. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs for services when you are uninsured or not using insurance.
A Good Faith Estimate outlines the expected charges for mental health services and helps you understand the potential costs before you begin care. It includes the services you are scheduled to receive and is based on information known at the time.
You are eligible for a Good Faith Estimate if you:
To request a Good Faith Estimate or learn more, please contact your clinician directly or our Administrative Assistant at Info@ArdentGrove.org.

At Ardent Grove, we are committed to providing ethical and appropriate care that aligns with each client’s clinical needs. As part of this commitment, we reserve the right to determine when a client may benefit from a higher level of care than we are able to provide in our outpatient setting. This may include, but is not limited to, inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), or specialized services beyond the scope of our practice.
Should we determine that such a level of care is needed, we will communicate this as soon as possible and provide relevant referrals to appropriate treatment providers or facilities. Our goal is to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive transition. Our priority is your well-being, and we are committed to supporting you in accessing the care that best meets your needs.
