I grew up in a small town in southern Tennessee and am proud to continue to call Tennessee my home. My most important job is being a military wife and a mom to two sweet little girls. We have been blessed to be stationed in Clarksville, TN at Fort Campbell for the last 16 years. Originally, I moved to Clarksville to attend Austin Peay State University where I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Communication. After graduation, I began working for Children's Services where I worked with at risk children and families until my second daughter was born. That job sparked a strong desire for service. I currently volunteer at a community lay counseling center, as well as several nonprofit military organizations. About a year ago, I began looking for a way to get back in the job market and when I learned about KEPT IN LINE I knew that I had found the right fit. This company provides Virtual Assistants to businesses, giving them the time to focus on what they love in order to grow, by allowing me to do what I love: keeping them in line with organization and in the process, helping them expand their growth. The goal of this business is to support practices with their administrative needs in order to clear valuable time for what matters most.
I was born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania called Washington—affectionately known as “Little Washington.” I am happily married to my wonderful husband, Jason, and a proud mom to our sweet little boy, Brantley.
Before beginning my journey as a Virtual Assistant, I spent two years as a stay-at-home mom, fully dedicated to raising my son. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensics from California University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest California). Shortly after, I pursued and completed a Master’s degree in Legal Studies with a concentration in Law—all while caring for my son, who was just a month old at the time! Remarkably, I completed the 24-month program in less than a year.
The experiences of earning my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees shaped my perspective and solidified my desire to help others, whether in the criminal justice field or the broader realm of mental health.
Currently, I serve as the Billing Coordinator at Ardent Grove, where I have the privilege of supporting individuals by managing billing processes and providing reassurance that they’re in good hands. I am passionate about contributing to Ardent Grove’s mission of delivering affordable services and extending support to those in need. I am thrilled to be part of this impactful team!
Chelsey is a passionate changemaker with a fierce enthusiasm for building meaningful partnerships rooted in shared values. As a heart-led, results-driven professional, she brings deep expertise in intentionally aligned partnership strategy, donor engagement, and community building — helping both non-profit organizations and small businesses connect, grow, and thrive in alignment with their mission.
Her commitment to fostering authentic relationships and creating impact began early, growing up in a small town of just 600 people in Northern Minnesota. That experience instilled in her a deep appreciation for community connection, collaboration, and the belief that we are stronger together.
Chelsey’s career has taken her across 100+ cities, 28 states, and 7 countries, curating community impact programs that empower businesses and nonprofits to connect, collaborate, and realize their full potential. A lifelong learner and adventurer, she has also explored a total of 40 U.S. states and 25 countries, building relationships that cross decades and collecting experiences that fuel her curiosity and passion for diverse thought, inclusive, values aligned, intentional solutions.
Her work with Ardent Grove Foundation reflects her dedication to ensuring mental health care remains accessible, affordable, compassionate, and stigma-free for all. This mission is deeply personal for Chelsey—she credits finding a beautifully aligned sliding-scale therapist during her darkest moment with helping her find language to convey untouched emotion, rediscover her strength and autonomy, and value her intuition. She recognizes that Ardent Grove is this and more to so many people across the metro area and she considers it an honor to play a small part in the beautiful magic and healing that’s taking place.
Outside of work, Chelsey finds joy in healing arts such as yoga, breathwork, sound healing and meditation, connecting with nature, exploring local art and farmers markets, and adventuring in new cities and cultures (and the list goes on). She loves an intentional coffee chat and loving on her friends, family and two kitties, Georgie and Frankie Jaye.
