Meet our Staff

Vikki Gitlin

Vikki Gitlin, Administrative Assistant

I grew up in a small town in southern Tennessee and am proud to continue to call Tennessee my home. My most important job is being a military wife and a mom to two sweet little girls. We have been blessed to be stationed in Clarksville, TN at Fort Campbell for the last 16 years. Originally, I moved to Clarksville to attend Austin Peay State University where I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Communication. After graduation, I began working for Children's Services where I worked with at risk children and families until my second daughter was born. That job sparked a strong desire for service. I currently volunteer at a community lay counseling center, as well as several nonprofit military organizations. About a year ago, I began looking for a way to get back in the job market and when I learned about KEPT IN LINE I knew that I had found the right fit. This company provides Virtual Assistants to businesses, giving them the time to focus on what they love in order to grow, by allowing me to do what I love: keeping them in line with organization and in the process, helping them expand their growth. The goal of this business is to support practices with their administrative needs in order to clear valuable time for what matters most.

Liv Szeliga

Liv Szeliga (she/her), Marketing Director

As an avid learner, mental health advocate, and creative, I am delighted to be a part of the Ardent Grove team as Marketing Coordinator.  I graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science in hopes of serving diverse populations. Upon graduating, I joined Americorps VISTA where I served a local non-profit and developed a strong foundation in marketing, communications, and development.  After a year of serving, I accepted a position at the University of Denver where I refined my marketing and communication skills, particularly those geared towards young adults.  Today, I am a graduate student at Regis University where I study Clinical Mental Health Counseling in hopes of one day practicing with an integrative wellness center or opening a private practice.  In my free time, I enjoy skiing and attending live music events. My role at Ardent Grove is a beautiful intersection of my passions - creativity, connection, and mental health - and I look forward to supporting Ardent Grove's mission to provide low-cost, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, individualized care for all.

Samantha Lloyd, Billing Coordinator

I was born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania called Washington—affectionately known as “Little Washington.” I am happily married to my wonderful husband, Jason, and a proud mom to our sweet little boy, Brantley.

Before beginning my journey as a Virtual Assistant, I spent two years as a stay-at-home mom, fully dedicated to raising my son. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensics from California University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest California). Shortly after, I pursued and completed a Master’s degree in Legal Studies with a concentration in Law—all while caring for my son, who was just a month old at the time! Remarkably, I completed the 24-month program in less than a year.

The experiences of earning my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees shaped my perspective and solidified my desire to help others, whether in the criminal justice field or the broader realm of mental health.

Currently, I serve as the Billing Coordinator at Ardent Grove, where I have the privilege of supporting individuals by managing billing processes and providing reassurance that they’re in good hands. I am passionate about contributing to Ardent Grove’s mission of delivering affordable services and extending support to those in need. I am thrilled to be part of this impactful team!
