Pregnancy and the start of parenthood, whether this is your first or third child, is an important time in our lives. Not only for the ongoing health and well-being of mothers, but also for the family as a whole. Women, partners, and siblings in the family benefit from identification of stressors or symptoms and support around managing feelings and moods with a new baby.
